Terms of Service
The rules that cover your Epix IPTV subscription — written plainly so you know what to expect.
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Epix IPTV subscription offered at epixsiptv.com. They cover how the service is sold, how payment works, what you can and cannot do with your access, and how cancellations, refunds, and disputes are handled. By signing up for a paid plan or starting a free trial, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, redeeming a prepay code, or activating a free trial, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority where you live) and that the information you provide to us is accurate. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Epix IPTV. We may update them from time to time, and continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised version.
2. Service Description
Epix IPTV is a subscription that gives you a prepay activation code. That code is redeemed inside the CatchonTV branded app, which runs on Amazon Firestick, Android TV boxes, and Android phones and tablets. Once redeemed, the code unlocks live channels, video-on-demand, and sports content for the term you paid for (for example, one month, three months, six months, or twelve months).
Channel line-ups, on-demand titles, and event coverage depend on the upstream providers we work with. Content can be added, removed, or temporarily unavailable without notice, and we do not guarantee that any specific channel will remain in the line-up for the full length of your subscription.
3. Subscription and Payment
Subscriptions are sold on a prepay basis. You pay for a fixed term up front, receive a code, and use the service until that term ends. There is no automatic billing or auto-renewal — when your term is close to ending, you can choose to buy a new term to keep your access active.
- Prices are listed on the pricing page in US Dollars (USD) and Pounds Sterling (GBP).
- Payment is accepted through the methods shown at checkout (card, and other gateways where available).
- All prices are final at the time of purchase and include any applicable processing fees.
- Discounts, promo codes, and bundle offers cannot be combined unless we say so.
4. 24-Hour Free Trial
We offer a 24-hour free trial so you can test the service before paying. The trial is limited to one per household and one per device fingerprint. Trials are only available to visitors from countries we have whitelisted at the time of sign-up; if your region is not eligible, the trial form will let you know.
Free trials are intended for evaluation only. Attempts to chain multiple trials, use VPNs to bypass the geo-check, or share trial credentials publicly will result in the trial being revoked.
5. Acceptable Use
Your subscription is for personal, household use. When you sign up, you agree not to:
- Resell, sublicense, or transfer your subscription or code to anyone outside your household.
- Use the service for public broadcasting — for example, in bars, restaurants, gyms, hotels, offices, or any commercial setting.
- Stream on more devices at the same time than your plan allows. The maximum number of simultaneous connections matches the connection count on the plan you purchased.
- Record, re-stream, or redistribute any content delivered through the service.
- Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to access the streams.
If we detect abuse, we may throttle, suspend, or terminate access without a refund.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your activation code, login details, and the device you stream on secure. Do not post your code in forums, group chats, or social media. If you believe your code has been shared or stolen, contact support straight away and we will help you reset it.
7. Cancellation
Because subscriptions are prepay, there is nothing to cancel mid-term — when your paid period ends, the service simply stops unless you buy a new term. If you want to request a refund instead of letting the term run out, please read our Refund Policy for the conditions and the time window in which refunds are possible.
8. Service Availability
We aim to deliver a smooth, low-buffer viewing experience and we invest in anti-freeze server technology to reduce stutter on live events. That said, no streaming service can promise 100% uptime. Internet outages at your end, ISP throttling, upstream provider issues, and maintenance windows can all affect playback. We treat service quality as a best-effort commitment, not a guaranteed SLA.
If you hit a sustained outage, contact support and we will investigate and, where appropriate, extend your subscription to make up for lost time.
9. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, channel names, and content shown through Epix IPTV belong to their respective owners. The Epix IPTV name, the website design, and the original written content on epixsiptv.com are owned by us and protected by copyright. You may not copy, mirror, or reuse our site content without written permission.
10. DMCA and Reporting Infringement
If you believe content delivered through the service infringes a copyright you own or represent, please submit a notice following the process outlined on our DMCA page. We respond to valid notices and will remove or disable access to content where required.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Epix IPTV is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — including lost profits, missed events, or data loss. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription term in which the claim arose.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Epix IPTV, its operators, and its suppliers harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) that arises from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the service — for example, reselling access or broadcasting content commercially.
13. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms when laws change, when we add or remove features, or when we improve the way the service is sold. When we do, we will change the "Effective date" at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will also flag it on the homepage or by email. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Epix IPTV, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through support will be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
